Resolved Question

Notes text is HUGE in PowerPoint 2007 Normal View.

Sep 13, 2011 2:53AM PDT

Help! I don't know what combination of keys I hit, but suddenly the text in my Notes page view is HUGE. No matter what I do, I can't change the font size. It prints out normally, so it must be a View problem. I've gone into the Notes Master, but nothing I do there makes a difference either.

Just guessing

I don't know PowerPoint at all but since it is a Microsoft application I am guessing that all apps in the Office Suite are similar.

That means that, in Print Preview, there is an option in the toolbar to enlarge the viewing area. This makes what you are looking at larger.

Look for that.

Thanks Mark. Someone on another forum posted the solution for me and it was similar to what you suggested.
