Notebook sudden Close

Greetings.

Recently i have been troubled with my notebook suddenly cutting off all power.
Could anyone help me figure out whats wrong? If the problem is inside or a hardware issue? etc..

I am using a Toshiba Satellite A10 running XP.

I have the same problem as you too... the power always cut off suddenly and no timing at all.. BTW I'm using Dell Inspiron 5100.. Win XP SP2.. thankx and appreciation....
