Not Receiving Newsletters

Mar 11, 2007 6:29AM PDT

It appears that CNET is not delivering newsletters to some domains. I have two domains both being managed by the same service: one ends with .us and the other with .com. When I set my CNET Account Management to send newsletters to the account ending in .com...the newsletters arrive with no problem. However, when I set my CNET Account Management to send newsletters to the account ending in .us...all I get from CNET is notification that I have changed my Email address (this notification arrives with no problem to the .us address), but I don't receive any newsletters. Everyone else can send with no problem to my .us address...just not CNET. I don't see any way to ask CNET what the problem is. Any suggestions?

Did you try whitelisting Cnet?

The newsletters may be snagged by a spam filter, so the first thing I would try is whitelisting newsletters@cnet.online.com, newsletters@download.online.com, etc. with a filter, preceding all others, to redirect to your inbox. If that doesn't correct the problem I would contact Lee Koo, our forum administrator, and see if there is anything he can suggest.

Good luck.

It's not a spam filter

Thanks for the info. I have both domains being handled by the same ISP. All Email to either domain comes into the same mailbox. CNET newsletters to the .us address do not make it to me while CNET newsletters to the .com address have no problem getting through. Email from everyone else to the .us address make it through with no problems. It appears that CNET is not sending the newsletters to the .us domain. I will contact Lee Koo to see if he can offer any suggestions. Thanks again for your help.
