The newsletters may be snagged by a spam filter, so the first thing I would try is whitelisting newsletters@cnet.online.com, newsletters@download.online.com, etc. with a filter, preceding all others, to redirect to your inbox. If that doesn't correct the problem I would contact Lee Koo, our forum administrator, and see if there is anything he can suggest.
Good luck.

It appears that CNET is not delivering newsletters to some domains. I have two domains both being managed by the same service: one ends with .us and the other with .com. When I set my CNET Account Management to send newsletters to the account ending in .com...the newsletters arrive with no problem. However, when I set my CNET Account Management to send newsletters to the account ending in .us...all I get from CNET is notification that I have changed my Email address (this notification arrives with no problem to the .us address), but I don't receive any newsletters. Everyone else can send with no problem to my .us address...just not CNET. I don't see any way to ask CNET what the problem is. Any suggestions?
