Not Impressed with Samsung Service at All

Bought a 46 in 640 model on Oct 1st of this year .The TV loses signal no audio or video multiple times per day .When I first contacted Samsung they assured me it was my cable provider and not to return the set ( which according to Best Buy I ONLY COULD DO IN THE FIRST 14 DAYS . So my cable company comes out and replaces ( over a two Week troubleshooting period) the HDMI cable , the set top ( HD) BOX and the feed from the basement with new co ax , the signal strength has been tested and is well within limits .So I call Samsung customer service and they set up an appointment for service.The service people call and they tell me ( without even looking at the set ) that its the motherboard and they will order one.Well service guy calls back its on back order but dont worry he says if it takes more than 14 working days for the part to come in they will do a return adjustment .
Well its almost day 14 so I call the service guy and ask about the return adjustment and he says if...Samsung has the TV it could take up to a month .
I call the csr and she politely tells me yes thats the way it is , no I cannot speak to anyone else ( supervisor) and sorry you bought a $2,000.00 TV thats only 6 weeks old and doesnt work ...???

Take my advice if you buy from Samsung and have any problems return it right away for a different manufacturer ...I wish I had.

I now am the proud owner of a broken TV and the manufacturer is politley giving me the run around .

I emailed SAMSUNG customer service a week ago and got the standard you will be contacted bulk response ...still no one from repir trackinghas contacted me .
Anyone know of any other # to call to get a supervisor down there the CSR'S will not let you talk to anyone else about your problems.

Samsung Service

What no reply from the techs or customer service I am shocked , the csr's at 1-800 hold ur breath are very friendly but cannot/will not help still no answer from Samsung take my advice and from the sheer volume of problems on this website alone buy something else ( Panasonic...Sony ) or wahtever Samsung has no customer service .

Anyone from Samsung care to comment???

I think the volume of replies from Samsung to this posting really shows what great customer service they are providing .......

You have been warned to all of you out there scanning these forums to find out if you should purchase a Samsung product I think you have your answer because I sure dont !!!
