There are some HP/Compaqs that come with no CDs, but offer to make these. In that case its up to the owner to make the CD set or if they fail to do so, HP can supply a set for a fee.
There is an issue where the user plays with PERMISSIONS to the drive and locks the machine. Were you doing that? It matters.
I can't boot into Windows XP and I have a system
that didn't come with the install or boot disks.
The reason I get is a pop up during boot that says
'Not enough virutal memory'
Can anyone direct me to resolve this?
