You mentioned the game only needed 10 megs? Sounds like a fairly old game. It is likely having issues with running on XP (you did say you're running XP?). If this is the issue, there may be a couple of possible fixes (emphasize possible). 1) Create a folder and copy the contents of the CD into it. When this is complete find the file (in the new file you created) that is probably name "title of the game".exe
or it may be install/setup.exe.
Right click on the file and go to properties. Select compatibility and choose Win 98. Select OK then double click on the file. With a bit (lot) of luck the game will install and run. The other possibility is that you're trying to install it on a computer on a network with a domain policy and disk quota is enabled. In this case, get back to work before the administrator finds out ![]()
Were going to install a game but when I click install after the first instructions on where to install in a folder. I came up with message saying "Not enough space on disk" select another drive and or folder to continue. I clicked cancel, then went to control panel to look and I show I have 80 GIG total with 51.3 GIG of free space. That's my first time seeing this. Game only needs about 10 megabytes. We run a Windows XP and 880 MHZ processor.
