Question

Not able to use "Ctrl+Z" at all !!!

Jan 28, 2015 12:54AM PST

Something has been preventing me from using ctrl+z at in everything. Ctrl and z are working fine separately can use as undo option in anywhere in my window. I am running Window 8.1 and it occurred just a few days ago.

The Ctrl+z is working fine in safe mode though.
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem.
Without ctrl+z, life is really hard. Every time I have to click the undo button manually.

Thank you in advance.

System Restore is about the OS

Not your work. This is well documented so I tend to not duplicate what System Restore does. This is not System Recovery which is an entirely different thing that does wipe it all out.

It would be a long shot for anyone to guess what caused it this time but you could think over what you installed since you last saw it working.
