Not able to uninstall 'Arabic' language from Windows 7

Windows 7 64bit SP1. I want to have just two languages installed, English and Hindi. Even my 'Region and Language' dialogue box shows the desired two languages- English and Hindi (shot attached).

But my language bar keeps showing one additional language, i.e. 'Arabic'. When I press Alt+Shift to toggle language, it keeps confusing me by appearing in the cycle of keyboard pressings.
I've even checked MS Office 2016's Language settings. Even there, there are only 2 desired languages. Don't know from where and why this 'Arabic' keeps appearinScreen Shot attached.<br>g.

This is a peculiar fault. Can anybody help?

I'll try.

In reply to: Extra language

Thank you for your kind reply (in other forums, I have not got a single reply yet).

But somehow my non-desired/3rd language has disappeared automatically from the language bar (as it has appeared in the first place). But, I'm sure, it'll appear again to give me the problems. And then I'll apply the solution you pointed me to and let you know the outcome. Thanks again.
