not able to log in the site

I am using XP, based in India, got Dataone of BSNL with a Home 500 package of broadband, speeds are ok except that I get sudden hefty bills at the end of month.

Reason being, while I log to my portal to know the usage, with ID and PW,
I get myportaltimeout.jsp and thus no result.

I am not able to log into my account.

pl guide..for any settings needed to be done on IE6..
Same site, I had logged, it was working fine..
I talked to ISP and their side, it is working fine, I feel there needs to be done on my machine
