When I attempt to install spybot I keep getting userapp error any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

It's Teatimer component has caused some issues so I'm using the titles noted by Grif at http://forums.cnet.com/7726-6132_102-5098912.html?tag=posts;msg5099421
I'd skip Spybot today.
