Here's why. Rundll32.exe NEVER appears in that directory. As it stands I suspect spyware, trojan, virus or a damaged OS rather than a defect from HP.
Win XP Pro,Service Pack2, 74.5 hard drive, 512MB of ram,1.29 GHz
I have a HP8450 photosmart printer that I can?t install. I am able to install the software, but not the USB connector. When I plug in the USB connector the computer says it found new hardware, and two seconds later a window pops up saying it can?t install the USB because of an error. I turned off my firewall and virus programs and have nothing else running in the background. Here are the two errors it gave me. I have no idea what they mean. Hoping someone can help me.
