Not able to access my Pendrive

I have recently installed Kali Linux on my pc. So, I have used my pen drive as the bootable device to Install the os.

While copying Kali Linux file to my pen drive I have changed Pendrive file format from NTFS to FAT32.
I have successfully installed my Kali Linux. But now I am not able to open my Pendrive. How can i solve this problem?

Here are the few messages while I am trying to format my Pendrive.
