by sbm / May 2, 2004 5:00 AM PDT

After installing Norton SystemWorks 2004 Pro I did not find Norton CleanSweep option(s) on explorer's right click menu for any shortcut or program. Also CleanSweep
continue to crash if Fast Analysis is turned off. These problems occure on both Win98Se and WinXp Pro(Sp1 installed).Even repeted uninstalling and reinstalling did not help, but there was no error during install.I did not face these problems when I was using NSW2003 Pro.
Common configuration for both Win98Se and WinXp Pro:
DirectX 9b,IE6,Nvidia ForceWare 56.64.

Plese help me.

Thank you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
