Norton System Works 2004

On a win98 machine when the antivirus is being installed I get this error:

"Cannot run unicode version of atl70.dll in windows 95-98-me. Install ANSI version"

Did some research on google and symantic and found more frustrated users with no answers.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

The 2004 user reviews at http://reviews.cnet.com/Norton_Internet_Security_2004_PRO/4852-3514_7-30524435.html are not looking good.
