Norton's err msg: No Such Interface Supported (0x80004002)

How do I correct this msg that pops up everytime at the bootup?

I'm not sure what to do after opening the Registry Editor...the next step says to remove all the download managers and then download Mssecure.cab. What, exactly, does this do?

Sorry, Microsoft may document that somewhere. I had hoped their cure would suffice. Try googling that .cab file?
