Norton LiveUpdate not working properly

Mar 10, 2006 1:17AM PST

For the last 8 days, every time Live Update tries to download and update my computer I keep getting an error message advising me to "go to Help > Technical Support The files below could not be updated by LiveUpdate:
File:
C:\PROGRS~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\PxyNNTP.dl^50296bYTES 8?27?2004 18:22:32 v103.0.2.10.

Symantac tech help referred me to its Intellegent Updater but even that is not working properly and I keep going round and round and getting nowhere fast. Now I'm getting another error message referring to a file 'tgctlsr.cab' that cannot be located. Can anyone help me?
