norton internet security & systemworks 2006

I recently installed both norton internet security and systemworks 2006 on my win XP MC. I have a sony vaio R series (VGC-RA820G) pentium 4 w/1Gb memory and 200GB hard drive.

The problem is with the user accounts on my PC. Norton finally installed on Administrator account (after 2 un/reinstalls) but on the other accounts I get script errors and installed errors. It shows installed on these accounts. I have emailed symantec and done the solutions they said would fix, but still having trouble. Any solutions?

Thanks Monnie49

I have both NIS & NSW. I don't know what you mean about administrator. Is Norton not allowing access to other users? or is it XP? Have you tried the extra features tab in NSW>XP Optimizer? Be careful with changes made there, it changed things I didn't like. I had to do a SysRestore to go back to my original settings. Always create a restore point and make sure Norton GoBack is enabled before making changes. I hope this helps or leave more detailed info.

Norton is giving me problems. my user account is OK, but everytime another user logs on they get script errors and get this when everything is loading on the desktop - "please wait while windows configures norton antivirus 2006", then this error msg pops up - "norton antivirus does not support the repair feature, please uninstall and reinstall."
I have gotten solutions from symantec but to no avail.

Maybe I am missing something?
