NORTON Internet Security 2009 while hosting Online Games.

Oct 30, 2008 5:57AM PDT

I read your CNET Review of NORTON Internet Security 2009. While I found it very informative, and your tests of the product nearly complete; I still found NO mention of how well the product functions in the background, while hosting online games such as Delta Force Xteme. I need that information because in the past with an old version of Norton, and with PC-cillan, I had to shut off their built in firewall, as it read players joining my games as hackers, and blocked them. Are there settings that allow you to host games online, while still protecting your PC from hackers? Is there a better choice for hosting online games than NORTON Internet Security 2009?
