I don't know what happened. My daughter was on the computer a few days ago and now I have no security and no antivirus. When I go to NIS, it tells me it is turned off and it won't let me turn it back on. It says supervisor, but i have know idea what my password is. I have changed my windows and mail passwords a few
times sine I had the computer, but none of them are working. Please help.I am using an Ms-6195, X86-based pc with an AMD Athlon(tm) processor authentic AMD 906 mhz. Windows Me

You could try restoring your computer to an earlier date as it still worked.

Go Start > Programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore

I have tried system restore a few times also and it has not worked.
