Norton GoBack (Boot Disc ID Error)

Oct 26, 2004 9:31AM PDT

I recently installed and ran Partition Magic v8.0 and used it to assign Drive Letters back that had changed due to a re-installation of one of my drives. I am running Windows XP Pro (NTFS) and I have 5 HDD's. The Primary (Boot) Drive is partitioned into 3 giving me *C*, E & F. However my other 4 HDD's also have an Active partition **. I since tried to install Norton GoBack but get an instant error message saying "GoBack can not continue as it doesn't know which drive is the boot drive". What has gone wrong ? my computer boots-up no problem from Drive C: and I did not have this problem when it was installed before this chain of events. Can anyone please help TIA Bob
