Norton Firewall problem

Mar 14, 2005 1:44AM PST

Dell, outlook express 5.5, Internet Explorer, WindowsME.

When I turned my computer on Sunday morning I couldn't send or receive any email, but I could get on the internet. It was working the day before. I haven't downloaded anything new lately. I've cleared it with my ISP and they say it is at my end. I experimented and found if I turned the Norton Firewall off, my email would work. So I uninstalled/reinstalled my firewall and now my email doesn't work and I can't get on the internet unless I disable the firewall.

When I do an application scan it will freeze up when this file shows up...C:\..MACROMED\FLASH\GetFlash.exe I did a file search and it says not a valid folder. Can someone help? Thanks, Zoey

If you will go over to the "Virus & Security Alerts Forum" and post this, I'm sure you will get a lot of help there.
Hope This Will Help.
