It's noted at the Symantec web site. Look for the RNAV utility.

Dear ncjed:

Uninstalling Norton is tricky and tedious. Let's get started!
First, go to Add/Remove programs, click on Norton Antivirus, choose Modify, select "remove all". After you reboot, go to Start, click Search, choose "more advanced options" select each one except "case sensitive". Then type in Norton and delete every entry you can. After that, still in Search, type in Symantec. Delete every entry you can. Restart your computer. You might have to repeat the above steps. Then go to Start select Run, type regedit. Go to Edit, click Find, type Norton, delete every entry. Then repeat the process, but this time type Symantec and delete every entry as it comes. Note that in order to keep looking for the entry in question you must click on Find Next.
Restart your computer. You might have to repeat the process.
Also run a good registry utility before during and after this process and specifically look for Symantec and/or Norton entries and delete them all. Dell computers comes with CDs for all factory installed software. Sometimes Norton needs to be reinstalled to uninstall it. If that doesn't work, there is an uninstall utility that can be downloaded from the web site. After I uininstalled it through the add/remove programs, I did a search and deleted all remaining folders. I also had to remove the registry entires to totally get rid of it. It is a difficult program to remove.
