Norton Antivirus

Aug 31, 2004 5:35AM PDT

Anyone have a problem with norton anti-virus? I have a 5-user pack and 5 comps at the office. 3 new comps, and I have no details on how to transfer the license to the new comps.

Tech support, Oh wonders, provides me with frustration as they do not understand what I am saying (The indivuual I talked to, well, English is NOT her first or second language it seems)...

Any suggestions on how to get the licenses transfered without having to pay $30.00 to talk to somebody in India?

I tried e-mail support, but Norton tells me that my email address (perhaps because it ends in .us) is not a valid e-mail address (funny that help.com reached me via the same address, ty).
