Norton AntiVirus 2009

by golden1 / September 17, 2009 3:18 PM PDT

I purchased Norton AntiVirus 2009. There was no manual in the box. I assumed that was the norm until I looked at the tag with the Product Key # and saw this statement. "Please see the manual for more details". Should I have gotten a manual or is this just one of those things? The box was sealed when I got it. I checked on the net and could not find that there was a manual. I have installed it.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the information. I missed that when I did the install.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
