Norton Antivirus 2003 subscription renewal problem

Dec 25, 2005 10:42AM PST

I had Norton Antivirus 2003 already installed on my computer when I bought it. I have already renewed my subscription to virus definintion updates for the past two years. I was due to renew it this year on 23rd December but I am having problems. If I try and do it within the programme it directs me to their website. Even after trawling through all relevant pages and help pages on their website, everytime I try to purchase a renewal I get redirected to a missing page, or the page is missing or I am told that the document contains no data. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and what can I do?
Lucy

Is Possible That Norton Is No Longer Supporting/Updating...

2003 version and wants to sell you 2006 version???
When I had 98SE, Nortons new version didn't support the old browser/OS so I couldn't use and switched to free AVG. If that's the case you'll need the first of these 2 removal tools:
http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6132-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=128791&messageID=1454990
BUT FIRST you may want to read this note regarding WHICH version of 2003 you have to see if tool suitable:

Hopes this helps. I don't use Norton but it sounds like them. Happy
