Norton Anti-Virus

Hello...im running Windows 2000 w/ a LAN connection..i just installed NAV corp. Edition, Norton System Works, and Norton Internet Security..however my Live update doesnt work..i always get an error message that says LU1814...
can anyone help???

gives you 7 or 8 suggestions and if you tried them ALL and none of the worked, I would suggest calling Norton on the phone. This number works because I have used it and it is free. 1-800-441-7234

I searched the Symantec site for the error number and everything goes back to the link that Larry already gave you. I'm surprised that the automated support assistant wasn't able to help you.
