Question

Normal Temps

Sep 24, 2017 7:39AM PDT

I want to know if I am getting a normal temp in my system. Coz i think its actually high. It's idling at 33-37 degrees Celsius and 67-70 degrees Celsius at max load (This is depending on the room temp I think).

I have a corsair h115i cooler, i7-7700k processor,
coolermaster mastercase pro 5 case,
I have a room temperature of 30 degrees (Im in the Philippines so it's hot)

Test this with the side panel off.

Done Testing

I just finished running a test with the side panel off. It starts with a 38 degrees idle temp up to 68 degrees max load at 15mins.

So is it normal? Considering my room temp ?

I'll guess yes.
I suppose you could redo the thermal paste on the cpu.
Verify the heat sink on the cpu is attached proper.

Heat factor?

Thanks i can try that tomorrow. One more thing. I don't have any gpu installed (still waiting for my salary, planning to install msi 1070 gaming z) but is it gonna affect the cpu temp when I install one and run at full load ?

When you add the gpu your going to add more heat inside that case.

You won't know until you try it.
