Noob needs help with over-scan on Samsung LED TV

I have a Samsung LED TV [non-3D] but I don't know what model or series it is.
I have read that turning over-scan off will improve the picture quality.
I can't seem to find this option in the menu, can someone direct me to the right section in the menu?
BTW: I haven't updated it's firmware.
