Question

Non responsive player from Netflix

I have a BD-F5700 bluray player that has recently started acting up especially when Netflix is selected. When I go to the Netflix App, the screen goes black and after a while I get the screensaver. The player becomes unresponsive and I have to turn off the TV and the player. I reset they player and checked for firmware updates (says I'm current), the timezone is correct, and I am wired (not wireless) to the player.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I've checked the firmware via online through the player and it says it's up to date. Can I override that somehow and just install a recent edition?
