Android vs Windows Phone

That's the critical choice and not really the hardware (both handsets are capable, hardware-wise.) In this regard, I would choose the Sony since it has the power/flexibility of Android. Windows Phone has become a non-starter for many, unfortunately.

As Bob said, read reviews for that info. Mostly subjective in my experience though. A less than experienced photographer can be given a dSLR with ten million pixels and take horrid photos Wink

I wish you had asked about that up front. However if you want to compare cameras why not read reviews on that?

My brief description was already supplied and the office does not support android. We are porting apps to run on android. One thing is not the other.

...it's not a native application like in Windows Phone. However there are plenty of choices in the Android marketplace that can read/write/edit various MS Office docs. Again, pointing you perhaps to Android.
