Both providers use GSM service. The only difference would be the features of the phone. Each carrier selects the features it wants in its handset. The only problem might be if the phone is locked or unlocked. You want an unlocked phone, be certain it is unlocked before buying.
I am trying to order a Nokia GSM Cell Phone online and I see two references: Cingular and T-Mobile. What are the differences between the two? I am located outside the USA (in West Africa) and the mobile phone service providers (Mobitel) offer GSM payphone services. Which one can I use here?
Thanks for the assisistance
