nokia 6682 memory HELP

can someone tell me why I KEEP getting ''memory full delete some data'' message everytime someone leaves a voice message or a text message? I keep deleting even MORE items (I have less on my phone than I did when I started) I have NO games or music...I thought this was supposed to be a ''super'' phone. I have photos in my gallery (to attach to SOME of my contacts but have taken out all the others...??? This is a replacement of a replacement of a replacement (THIS time it's supposedly a NEW phone)
