Nokia 6215i, LG VX8600, or LG VX3450

Heyo. While I'm not too comfortable with cell phones, my research has shown that I really need one for college. And while I'd like to go with T-Mobile (due to less restrictive service agreements and better prices), they don't go good reception where I'm going, so I'm going with Verizon.

Basically, I want a phone for talking. I don't be paying for music downloads, and while I may, on rare occasions, snap a photo, I'm not putting much weight on the camera - if I want to be a shutterbug I'll get a real camera.

The 6215i has (according to one well-written user review) the best call quality. It's also $50 cheaper than the LG VX8600. Do you folks feel that this is true, or that they are both equally excellent in regards to call quality?

Then there's the VX 3450, which I'm attracted to purely for its simplicity, though it seems a little silly that it costs the same amount (free) as the VX 8600.

Your thoughts? Thanks in advance for any advice.
