It is purely software issue. You can reflash the software, as it seems the issue not with hardware. then you can try.
I have Nokia Asha 311, when I get sms, that contains settings for web and mms, from my mobile services provider, and I accept and save that sms, 3G on my phone works well, but wi-fi with Nokia browser doesn't work! Than I return the phone to the default settings (reset it), and now, wi-fi works well, but 3G doesn't work (settings from my provider are, of course deleted now)!
Has anybody some working solution to this problem, which is very common, by the way!!!
