Usually nokia phones are great! Must have recieved a bad one or it could be they are charging the battery too much. All cell phone batteries have a memory in them that if you charge them before they are completely dead, it will remember that and shut down when it gets to that point. even if it still has a half life left in it. Only way to correct the problem is to get a new battery or take it somewhere to have the battery completely discharged.
Only charge when it is completely dead.
I want to buy a Nokia 1100, but at least 3 friends complain of different kinds of trouble with their phones (all less than 6 months old) - blank screen, can't make calls, phone goes dead in the middle of a call. Is it worth the buy?
