Noise overflow from tv and home theater

May 1, 2018 6:59PM PDT

As we have ability to buy movie theater like systems for our homes, i see the negative impact of these noise makers on neighbors. I am the victim of noise overflow abuse in my town-home, looking to move and previously have only survived 6 months in a condo. I literally get sick to my stomach and get migraines from penetrating low frequency and base noise coming from such systems. Talking to neighbors who bought the home theater system to enjoy full noise capability when playing games or watching movies only angers them in my experience. I am also concerned about what effect these penetrating frequencies have on the structure of my townhome? I would like to ask these questions to all companies that develop these tv and home theater systems. What about readers? I live in Toronto, Canada, where detached homes are over 1 million that I can't afford and even than i am not sure if this will give more quiet living quarters.

You need to make your legal case and set precedent. That is, this is a legal matter that you have to find a lawyer to take this to the courts. It's not something I will debate with you. You've made your claim, now it's time to take action.

Much cheaper than central Toronto. That is the only real solution.
