Nod 32 4.0 error opening files during scan

by hydroplant / October 12, 2010 4:40 AM PDT

I just installed nod 32 anti-virus, and on the logs it says "error opening" after most of the files it scanned. Attached is a scan log. (fyi I always run as administrator)

I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit.

Is the log file shows "blue font"
by Donna Buenaventura / October 12, 2010 4:52 AM PDT

When you view the log file of NOD32, a blue color/font means the file is a protected system file or in use by the system because it's a system file. It is normal log by NOD32 or other antivirus that will try to scan protected system files.

If the log shows error opening file that is not a system file, please post in your reply.. the exact path and filename.

I don't think these are system files - and the whole log is in blue text.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
