have a dell inspiron 11z. all of a sudden no wireless connection; says no connections are available and check cable connection. checked the all adapters and everything is enabled and reads that it is working correctly. ran for virus and all is good. when i connect router directly with the ethernet cable, the internet is available but on network 2. any help would be appreciated.

There are a few causes.

I find folk use a registry cleaner and then I'm off to Dell to reinstall Dell's QuickSet app. Some users in their quest for no bloatware remove that and blammo, learn that some things are needed.

If you used any cleaner and if Dell Quickset is running.
