by slim___shady / October 25, 2003 11:48 AM PDT

Why can't I see thumbnails of my jpg's and gif's in Windows Explorer? I can see thumbnails of my bmp's. Somebody please show me how to enable thumbnails of my jpg's and gif's.

No Thumbnails after repair attempt
by waseca kid / March 3, 2007 12:39 PM PST

I followed the instructions as outlined on the Microsoft website. I used "cut and paste" to enter the new values. This did not correct my inability to see .jpg thumbnails. I can see bitmap images

I have Windows 2000pro. I had installed Adobe 7.0 and then uninstalled it. Would that have a bearing on my problem?
