‘They’re used to eating scorpions’: Angelina Jolie and her kids eat insects—should you?

According to Ontario’s Entomo Farms, cultivator of cricket flour, powder and insect protein, 33 per cent of the world’s population (over 2 billion people) eat insect protein every day: “from Mexico to Asia and many countries in between.”

Among the nutritional benefits of eating insects, Entomo Farms says that they’re rich in protein and iron, and high in omega-3 fatty acids while being low in fat and calories. Environmental benefits include producing “exponentially less greenhouse gases… than livestock production,” and being “exponentially less taxing” on agricultural and fresh water resources.[/b[


Depends on the "flavouring" a nice sauce/camouflage...would make it palatable...
