No Text (NT) not reflected in subject line...

In two posts today where no text was written. Two in particular are Aussiepete and B. Proffitt. Confused

It causes the reader extra steps for nothing when a text message is expected and none is there. Sad

It is irritating to open a post and find no text! How hard is it to hit preview when you KNOW you have no text? Sheesh! This is still happening in SE too even after two of us brought it to the attention of the others:(

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
