provide us with the system specs requested in RED. We would be spitting in the wind otherwise. What have you tried?

1. Make sure you are plugging the speakers into the correct input. Normally it has a green ring around it.
2. Go to the Device Manager and make sure the sound card is enabled.
3. Make sure the volume in Windows is not muted.
4. Open up the Volume Control, go to Properties, and make sure the correct mixer device is selected.
5. Download the latest drivers for your card.

It would really help if you went to Run, typed in dxdiag, and posted what it lists under the sound tab.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
