Question

No signal after unplugging and replugging GPU

May 18, 2017 8:25PM PDT

I was cleaning my case of dust when i ended up unplugging my GPU to get around the nooks and crannies. Upon plugging it back in I got no signal from the HDMI port. I was pretty sure i had grounded myself and it was nested properly in the port. Most suggestions had to do with getting into the BIOS by unplugging the GPU, connecting to the motherboard display to access the BIOS. However, when I tried to connect to the motherboard display with a VGA cable, I didn't get a signal from that either.
I have an Nvidia GT 730, 350W PSU, FX-4300 Processor, and Windows 10
