I purchased my second Samsung laptop today for daughter as a christmas gift. The laptop is a NP350V5C Series 3 15.6 Notebook. I have spent over an hour trying to find where I can create my system restore disc, it's no where to be found. There also isn't a partition for it on my hard drive either. Really disappointed, so this means unless I make a back up to a network drive (which I have but don't have enough room on there for this, so would have to purchase another) I will have no way of restoring they system if there is a problem.
Why don't I have a copy of the software and most importantly my copy of windows 8? Really really unhappy Samsung. I have supported your company for years, all my mobiles and now my smart phone have been Samsung's, as have all previous computers and laptops.
If I had known this prior to purchase I wouldn't have purchased it. As it is I am now unable to return and refund as I have set the system up. I'm NOT happy!!!
Please could you explain why I don't have a copy of my software and operating system on my laptop??
