That you didn't remove ALL mounting post then put in only what's noted.
It's a common mistake I run into. New builders get confused since it works then not and may start working again. The extra standoff might take time to grind through some board coating.

This is driving me crazy as tyred every thing
In April I got 2 upgrades for my PC a new tower case and graphics card GTX 1060 G1 6gb before this I had problems with computer not posting but was random so got these parts and put them in worked great then after a month it just got worst then just didn't want to post so tyred all possible parts ram graphics card hard drives and nothing also tyred the psu test were you put a clip in the power connector and worked fine so thought it was the motherboard so a friend had one he wasn't using so tyred that one and it worked for a bit then it starts doing it again every time I try something it works for a bit then it stops dose any one know what's going on my spec below
