I see on that the owners manual is dated October 23, 2009, so it's approximately 9 years old.

Most likely, repair now is far more expensive than the current value of the TV (which is near zero), if at all possible (there's a chance the necessary parts are no longer available).
So I'd consider buying a new TV.

Repair is being done less and less.

A very nice 50 inch TV was delivered to my door for 313USD. The minimum shop fee is 150USD so a 9 YO set is unlikely to be repaired.
