No Netflix app on new tv?

Santa brought my daughter a smart tv this year as could access Netflix on it but since setting it up we have been unable to find it, it is not on the hub menu and we also don't have the samsung store app either? Very confused as we have another samsung smart in the house and there was no problem with that, can someone please help! Model:T27D390SW

Then ask Nefflix if they are writing for this model.

The Samsung site is less than telling what's available on this model.

Samsung doesn't write this app so ask Samsung and Netflix.

I have this TV too

From what I have managed to find out This model does not support Netflix in the UK which is ridiculous. I have 2 other Samsung TV's and they support Netflix so I am very disappointed.
There also appears to be no way to access Samsung smart view where you can see your phone videos and photos on your TV.
I did try to update the firmware via the Samsung support site and it won't allow an update. Also for what I found out they have stopped updating this TV which isn't great as it seems it is already out of date.
Looks like I am now going to have to purchase an external device to use Netflix or switch to Amazon Prime.
Still no Smart View though and I am very disappointed.

You may want to shop the Samsung BluRay models that have Netflix and that smart view feature.
