no luck

Hi everyone, I wanted to thank Grif for responding with a suggestion on how I can get infram downloaded. I tried what you suggested and what came down were two files -grossberg_24infanview and samuel_16infanview. When you open the files all you get is a dark screen with a bunch of icons running across the top along with the ususal 'file',edit,view,etc. It don't matter what you click on because nothing happens. Is there a plan B? Any security settings that I could attempt to resolve this. I've spent two day elclusively trying to download the site and although I may be getting closer I'd like to finish this trip and move on. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
