Resolved Question

No longer able to use a browser

May 10, 2017 10:43AM PDT

I have a PC, Windows Vista computer. It has worked fine for years but a month ago it stopped connecting to the internet. When I clicked on Firefox I got an XPCOM not found error. I uninstalled Firefox. The connection looks good, two screens and the globe but Internet Explorer will not connect. If I can't get IE to work I can't download any other browser either. Any help appreciated. thanks.

Be sure to reset it and to make sure it's not using a proxy (unless you know you should.)
