Who could better tell the Verizon schedule than their customer service?

In the past few days many news emerged about updates to Jelly Bean on various devices, while the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is still waiting for any kind of comment from Verizon or Google. Can you guys address this very frustrating issue and perhaps get some comments from either Verizon or Google about the delay and lack of communication towards Galaxy Nexus owners? I am very disappointed after purchasing a Nexus device, and not receiving updates that other non-Google devices are already running or are scheduled to receive in the next few days.
